Answers are the beginning of a care plan.
We help eligible patients access medically referred investigations when cost or delay stands between them and essential answers.
Supported investigations
Mammograms, MRI, CT, ultrasound, colonoscopy, endoscopy and biopsy-related support may be considered.
What is required
A clinical referral, relevant medical information, provider quotation and consent to verify the request.
What CFC does not do
CFC does not diagnose patients or decide which investigation is clinically appropriate.
