Baby Mikaeel is 2 years old and has recently been diagnosed with a rare tumour called Anaplastic Astrocytoma
Anaplastic astrocytoma is a rare and serious condition, especially for someone so young. It's a type of brain tumour that requires prompt medical attention and comprehensive treatment. In the last month to date, Baby Mikaeel has undergone brain surgery to remove the tumour. Alhamdulillah, the surgery was a success, however there is a long road to treatment and recovery going forward.
The Care for Cancer Foundation has committed to assisting Baby Mikaeel and his family during this difficult time, but we cannot do it alone. We need your help to raise funds to provide essential medical care, emotional support services, and financial assistance to alleviate the burdens they face. They are Zakaah eligible. His mother has had to leave her job and spent four weeks staying in hospital with her son even now during Ramadaan.
We have done a comprehensive case study and have been assisting financially but our resources are small. We are therefore imploring you to consider Baby Mikaeel and partner with us by making a contribution no matter how large or small a sum. Every one rand will help Mikaeel in his fight against cancer. We also request duas for Mikaeel and his family. May Allah swt grant them sabr in this trying time.
