Baby Mikaeel is 2 years old and has recently been diagnosed with a rare brain tumour called Medulloblastoma
Medulloblastoma is a rare and serious condition, especially for someone so young. It's a type of brain tumour that requires prompt medical attention and comprehensive treatment. Baby Mikaeel has undergone brain surgery earlier this year to remove the tumour. The surgery was a success, however there is a long road to treatment and recovery going forward which includes many bouts of chemotherapy.
The Care for Cancer Foundation has committed to assisting Baby Mikaeel and his family during this difficult time, but we cannot do it alone. We need your help to raise funds to provide essential medical care, emotional support services, and financial assistance to alleviate the burdens they face. His mother has had to leave her job and spent weeks staying in hospital with her son even to undergo extensive chemotherapy.
We have done a comprehensive case study and have been assisting financially but our resources are small.
